Service Agreement

By engaging Victory Cleaning Systems for concrete grinding services, you agree to these terms. Our services are provided on a project basis with pricing determined by on-site assessment.

Scope of Work

  • Services are limited to those specified in the written quote
  • Additional work requires separate approval and pricing
  • Customer must provide clear access to work areas
  • Utilities (power, water) must be available if required

Pricing & Payment

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

Warranties & Limitations

We warrant our workmanship for the period specified in your contract. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in workmanship under normal use
  • Compliance with agreed specifications

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Liability

Victory Cleaning Systems maintains comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects not visible during initial assessment.

Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled start without penalty. Cancellations with less notice may incur a service fee.
